Making Hay (and haylage)

Lots to unpack in this one but it is at least huddled around one topic - making hay! We set out to make a small number of haylage bales this year to see us part way through the coming winter, and ended up with the best problem to have... too much grass (WAY too much).

Haylage was the aim but that switched part way through with the weather being so amazing, and this video documents one 7-day period from end to end, just last week.
